Overview
Most AI training teaches people to build AI. This path teaches them to use it, in the work they already do. Sales teams learn to research accounts and draft outreach, marketers learn to produce and iterate on campaigns, product owners learn to write specs and analyse feedback, and leaders learn what to authorise and what to question.
Engineering gets its own track. Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot each get two full days, because the gap between someone who has opened an AI coding tool and someone who is genuinely faster with it is a matter of practice, not of features.

Do our non-technical teams need any coding experience?
None. The six role-based courses assume no coding at all, and they are built around the work each team already does: accounts and outreach for sales, campaigns for marketing, specs and feedback for product. The only courses that assume engineering experience are the four developer ones.
How is this different from the GenAI & LLM path?
That path teaches teams to build AI systems: RAG, fine-tuning, deployment. This path teaches people to use AI tools well in their existing work. Choose this one when the goal is breadth across the company, and the GenAI path when a team needs to build something.
Can we train a single team rather than the whole company?
Yes. Every course is standalone, so a single day for one team is a normal engagement. Many companies start with one department, then extend once they can see what changed in that team's output.
Why two days for the developer tools and one for the others?
The developer courses are hands-on in a real codebase, and the difference between having opened an AI coding tool and being genuinely faster with it comes from practice rather than features. Two days gives that practice. The role-based courses reach working competence in one.
Should our developers take Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot?
Whichever they actually use, and that is worth deciding before booking. If your team is standardising, take the course for the tool you are standardising on. If they are still choosing, we can run a combined session covering the decision before going deep on one.
Can this be customised to our tools and our data?
Yes, and it is what makes the training stick. The role-based courses work best when the exercises use your actual documents, campaigns or tickets, and the developer courses work best against your own repository. We sign an NDA before you send anything, and if your data cannot leave your environment we use a structurally similar substitute.
