What happens after you submit
Your enquiry goes straight to Axel Sirota, who delivers the training himself — not to a sales queue. He reads it, works out whether we are genuinely the right fit, and replies personally. If your goal would be better served by something other than a training engagement, he will say so rather than quote you anyway.
If we are a fit, you get a written outline of the proposed curriculum, the number of days it needs, and a fixed price for your team size. Nothing is generated from a template — the outline reflects the stack and use cases you describe.
How quickly we respond
Every enquiry gets a reply within 24 hours on business days, including those that arrive over a weekend. Most quotes land the same day. If your timeline is urgent, say so in the message and you can email Axel directly at axel.sirota@datatrainersllc.com.
Typical engagement sizes
Most engagements are a single team of 5 to 20 people running two to five days of training. There is no minimum seat count, so a team of five pays the same day rate as a team of ten — pricing is per training day, not per person, which is what makes this workable for small and mid-sized companies rather than only for enterprises.
Larger programmes run across several months, with volume discounts applied by total student-days. Teams that want to test the approach first usually start with a two-day pilot for one group before committing the wider organisation.
What we'll ask you
To quote accurately we need four things: how many people need training, what they already know, what they should be able to build afterwards, and which tools your team actually uses day to day. Rough answers are fine — the first reply is usually a couple of clarifying questions rather than a contract.
You do not need a finalised budget or an approved training plan to get in touch. A significant share of enquiries come from managers who have been asked to work out what upskilling their team would cost, and a written quote is often exactly what they need to take that conversation forward internally.
